About Love Pet Alliance

Our story

We are no more than animal lovers that in search for the best pet products, found also a business that live as their profession. We finally decided at 2013 to open Love Pet Alliance in order to distribute specific high quality products and give professionals a viable assistance and formation. Our experience with dogs, led by competitions in world dog shows, with many titles won in different countries, but also the contact and knowledge received by other breeders, veterinaries and pet lovers, gave us the advantage to understand what persons like us, dog or cat owners, need and search for.

Where

We are based in Portugal, Porto, from where it all born. From here we extend our work through sales team and online tools for many different markets such as all Europe and Middle East. Today we can congratulate to be a trustable international company recognized by the best professionals around the world and with great results achieved.

Our operation center

Our logistics, due to its speed and high rotation volumes, are well known and respected in the pet business area. To accomplish this goals we have improved all the facilities since we born and it’s a project never ended. Pet food products and accessories are defined and catalogued in order to ease the separation process to allow the speedness we need for deliveries in 24 hours after orders’ reception.

Working process

Organization comes first when we talk about warehouse and logistics management. We are not different in that. All of our products are organized by category and type of product. We use FEFO (First Expires First Out) method due to our close logistics process with pet food and this obliges to a higher precision to bring the most fresh products at the time of your order.

Since our founding, there has been this recognition of one of the problems of various associations of pets rescue, the lack of food. Having our company started with the pet food market, we help these same associations with food donations.
